you cluster looks great, your running a v8 am i right. well do you think this will work with the l28(i dont care about cruise ctrl or the lady). im pretty handy with a tool belt so im not worried about the install mod work or wiring. my concern is i buy the gauges then find out its not possible with the l28.

i didnt mean pop in litarely, i thought about a pod some where but i dont want to loose the factory look with extra gauges poking out it really dosnt need it to be spot on accurate just close to real speed. the only extra gauge i want visable is maybe a boost meter but then again i can trash the clock pod. as for the tach i can get a gismo for the tach light.

most of the threads i have seen here pertain to the 240 to 280z models when it comes to gauges. has any one done a 280zx model instrument cluster. if so what guages did you use?

how well does the supa dash fit im sure there will be some triming and what yr supra

^^^thanks for the info but to answer you. going to 85 is no problem in any car i own but 110 120 130 etc those are statements. its more just a convenice to say "yea i've taken her up to 110 before", instead of saying "well after 85 my speedo toped out so i dont know how fast she'll go." so does any one know of some aftermarket units that will pop in.

i think i asked this in another thread some where but got no help, does anyone no where i can get a instrument cluster that goes past the 85 mark. i dont have the digital one i just want to change the old one out (up date the speedometer). i have looked on ebay but i just find the one i currently have installed also is the a aftermarket replacement for it(i got a buddy with a 78 280z with autometer guages). all help is greatly welcome.

i'm thinking about ripping out my 280zx dash and putting in a 85 300zx dash ( thinking of updating to a newer look). my question is does any one know if the dash's are the same in length and has anyone seen it done before.

I've been looking at the site for a lil time looking for information regarding this. I have a 82 280zx that im working on i want to change the cluster from the 85mph speedo, i read that a 79 will swap in. now heres the question. do i have a digital or analog already. i seen on here a full digital with the LEDmph but mine isnt a LED cluster it looks analog to me it has the speedo arm and tach arm, is this a digital as well. also does anyone know where i can get my hands on some after market instrument guages/cluster or remanufactured ones other than ebay.
