yeah idk. im callin insurance first thing in the morning and im gonna try and get this all figured out. i have about 300 witnesses cause this happened while leaving a HUGE car meet. and people are sending me pics of the wreck which clearly show her blocking both lanes. i hope it all works out.

yeah. her fender was messed up..but not too bad. the jeep def won. i think my frames bent and my radiator busted. im just looking for like you know how they have 0-60, 1/4 mile time, braking time lists. like a car spec sheet.

Ok long story short some lady pulled out in front of me today and i hit her. it was totally her fault and im willing to take it to court or as far as i can to prove my innocence's and hopefully get paid. Im not sure if i have upgraded brakes because i bought the car with them on but the fronts have drilled rotors and the calibers are red..i think their just stock painted but they could be after market idk. what im wanting to know it the stock specs for the breakin time of a 76 280z. like in how many seconds at a certain speed and what not. i think it will help my case cause the car skid for awhile and the cops think i was speeding way over the speed limit, which is not true. PLEASE HELP SO I CAN GET MY CAR BACK ON THE ROAD. or at least get another z.

that was my plan too. I was just seeing if anyone has a write up on where to cut or if anyone who has done it before can give me some pointers or something. I dont want to just start hacking away ya know.

That still leads to the stock turn signals housings. I was thinking about cutting them out but idk. Has anyone does this before? this is the front of my car. See what im talkin about? the pics kinda dark and you cant see how messy the lower part is but you can see the housings.

I have a 76 280z and as you know it comes stock with the turn signals in the top grill. Well i put a 240z air dam on it with the turn signal on the bottom and got rid of the top ones but it still has the square housings their. I really like the look of an "open mouth" and dont want to put any kind of grill in. This one has a pretty clean frontend. Does anyone have any ideas or a write up on that metal insert is guess you would call it. Ive been searching for a few days now and cant find anything to help. thanks

yeah i noticed that too. If they do have the right manny that'd be kind of cool. I'd just never pay that much for it haha. and if you read it says something about that manny being a twin turbo application for the l28et. It's just cool to see something like that still in production.

i have a 76 thats my daily driver a 77 thats...im not sure why i have that one.. and a 94 300zx TT that im working on to become my daily driver so i can build the 76 with suspension and a motor swap and stuff.

pic 7 and 8 are what the car looks like at night pretty much all the time. the lower ones was in direct bright lights. I just used photoshop to make my own lighting effects. really didnt mess with the color too much. and i agree, im deff not done with this car. i wanna lower with fender flairs and deeper rims with a carbon msa deck wing. and i havent even touched the motor yet. It's deff a project, but ive done alot and have alot of plans.

lol yeah kinda just ended up with that shifter. the actual shifter lever was cut so theirs no thread anymore. and the old knob i had broke so my friend gave me that one. I personally wouldn't have bought it but it was free ya know. not to mention it's a real jdm bubble knob, their like 60 bucks or more for one that size O__O ..it's kind of a style with the drifters at the moment.. if that counts for any thing lol

lets see, i got my first z when i was prob 16 or 17. My uncle that used to do body work said he would fix it all up for me. well he had it for a good 6 to 8 months and didn't even touch it. i was pretty upset, but the only good thing that came out of it was me not spending a cent of my money and by the end of senior year i had enough money to buy my second z, get it restored by a shop and now about to l28et swap it. my second z was 2500, the restore and paint was 1600, and the motor set up and gonna be 3000. I did all this working minimum wadge. I just turned 18 BTW. I say go for it. As long as you can save money it's definatlly THE car to build on. Awesome, fun cars with a great resale value =D ha ha. oh and my car went from rusted multicolored poo brown to what you see in my sig.

it's in really good condition on account that they fixed the front and sanded it down ready to paint because they got confused on what lip in wanted on the car lol. Im tryin to work out a deal with someone about gettin a car though and that lip along with another 240z flush bumper was gonna go with my old z. if all falls through though ill let you know.
