your right. if you look at the black and red front flares really closely. you can see theirs a little grove where the side marker fits in on the red one. and the black one is just smooth. and if that is someones car on this site then bravo cause that car is amazing =] haha.

So i was looking around and came across this picture of this Z. Ive never been one to like the g nose, but this car is absolutely gorgeous. So lets see who can name everything on this car and guesstimate how much you think it would cost to make this car (this thread is really for all the bored people out their in cyberspace..like me lol) besides from the g nose..it looks like it has this kit

the place is called Swift in kenner LA. It took them a little over a week and that's only because the first can of paint i got was the wrong color. So that held up things a bit. you can pretty much see all the damage in the pics from the first post. It needed bondo reworked by the rear hatch pillars and rust on the bottom fenders. But be warned, the paint isn't perfect man. I'm gonna put up some better pics really soon. But when you don't pick the car apart for all its flaws...it was deff worth the price compared to the 5,000 starting off just for a paint job other places were quoting me with out even seeing the car or the damage.

So here are a few teaser pics i took on my phone cause i didnt get to wash it and have a little photo shoot yet. The paint is so much more shinny in the sunlight. I had long beach blue pearl off the nsx, vivid blue off the rsx, daytona blue off the 350z, and this color off the sti to choose from and this was my favorite. this was with the body work gettin finished up and prepped for paint this is before they painted the bumper black and the finished product and like i said im gona clean it up and post some sunlight pics:-) oh and they over sprayed on the muffler but i cleaned that up already and i haven't gotten around to takin out the top grill and re-routing the corner light bulbs into the bottom 240z lenses.

i can get a few teasers off my phone lol. ill post those up and get some nice ones monday or tuesday.

whats up john. Yeah im gonna get pics up really soon. either monday or tuesday. After observing the car more, it has a few imperfections, but as long as you dont sit their and pick the car apart, it looks good. and gabe, yeah man im deff gonna make it over that way man.

i went with world rally blue off the subaru impreza STI and it looks great!

So i got my car back from the shop =D after going all over my city, i couldn't find any shops that would even take a look at my car. The only places that would even consider looking at my car quoted me 5,000 to 8,000 minimum. So i finally found this little mom and pop shop that did all my body work and painted it for 1500! So keep that in mind when i put up pics. I think it came out great for the price i paid. pics soon to come =]

im not actually sure man lol. BUT, im about to put it into a shop and im gonna take off the bumper and front lip cause i wanna put on my 240z style front lip. ill let you know when i take it off

yeah i guess so lol. I found this on cars.com. i called the dude(john, good guy) and looked at the car the next day and bought it lol. the rust really isn't bad at all. theirs just one spot on the drivers side fender. the rails are in good shape. it had an undercoating applied to it years ago that saved it. I think the worst parts are the drivers side floor pan is kinda rigged fixed with messy fiberglass and the spare tire area has some holes in it. but besides that it's a good car.

whats up guys. Just wanted to show off my new 76 z i picked up a few weeks ago. The body is in better condition then my 77 and this one runs like a dream. My friend who works at a body shop is gonna hook me up with the body work and paint, so it should be really clean soon. Ill post some after pics.

nice numbers Gabe. what ever happened to your old set up? i just got another z and after paint, if i have money left over, i was thinking i might do a swap. this is the dude that bought your front lip and flush bumper a while back btw.
