So far from my searching this seems like the best option. A t56 is from a 93 and up lt1 camaro right?? What all would i need to snag off of it

I currently have a 350 trubo tranny in my car and I am wanting a 5 speed. My car was origanally a manual. All of the clutch assembly in my car is gone. If I put a 5spd in my car would i need the origanal clutch assembly or would I need the clutch assembly out of what ever i get the tranny out of?? Also, what would be a good choice for a used 5spd tranny that would fit?? I have an early 70s 400 sbc in the car

Ive tried looking straight up and cant see anything. Wish i could do it without removing anything. How does the speedometer gauge come out??I cant feel the wing nuts on the back of it. Also, what is the correct path to run the speedometer cable

I have a 260z with a 400 SBC and a 350 tubo trans. I bought the speedo cable from advance that fits the 350 turbo. My question is, in order to hook the cable up to the speedo, do I need to pull the dash or can I do it with the dash and gauge in tact. Ive got in the floor and tried looking up to see if I could see where the cable goes but I couldnt

yes, everything quit???? Been working so much overtime that I still havent had a chance to look into it. But its been rattling my brain trying to figure out what caused it. Im thinking its a short in the dimmer switch since they quit working as soon as i hit the switch. Plus it wasnt turning the brights on anyways, it would just turn the headlights off

Labeled for flashers. Check wires at fuse and switch.
Flashers?? Wouldnt have thought that. What switch are you talking about? The high/low beam switch

I have no clue.... What do u mean by that? How can i tell???

Car is a 260z with 400 sbc. A couple months ago I had my low beams on and went to turn the brights on. When i hit the dimmer lever to turn on the brights my headlights went out. Hit the switch again to turn the low beams back on they worked fine. Everytime i tried to turn on the brights the headlights went out but come back on as soon as i turn them on dim. Last night on my way home when i hit my dimmer switch every light on the car quit working. Nothing works, no brake lights, running lights, headlights, interior lights, nothing.... When i checked my fuses my number 3 fuse was blown. Was this caused by a short or has my dimmer switch went out and maybe thats what blew the fuse?? Im no electrical genius at all, any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

I have a 260z with a 400 small block. It currently has the stock tank. I have been losing gas for a while now if I put too much gas in or take a curve too sharp. Now that the car is no longer my daily driver I dropped the tank and discovered it has some small rust holes in the top of the tank. Instead of buying another stock tank I would like to go with a 16 gal. fuel cell. This way i can run dual exhaust and have bigger fuel lines. I know I have to cut the spare tire well out and fab a tank support up but what else is needed?? Right now it has the stock sending unit. I need an in-line fuel pump instead of the stock sending unit, right... Anything else???
I live 10 minutes from the drag strip so the car will see more of the strip than anything. Might take it down the road sometimes on the weekends. I want around 400-450hp out of the car
