  1. i've also got the MAF sensor and all the boost sensors and wireing still in the car i also have the a/c compresor and mounting bracet. and some other parts like t-tops, tan interior panels and brand new hood struts i still got the car too if you need anything like bodypanels or something -
  2. i thought i was trashed but i pulled it out and it looks ok. there's just a couple of small scratches on the out side and the mounting points where bent but i bent them back. it took a pretty good impact from the crash but it still all together in one piece without any major dents and i bet it still works. ill send some pics when i get time
  3. i still got part every one. i just pulled the engine and trans yesterday. i even got all the wireing and ecu the only part thats damages is a little dint in the intake pipe attached to the turbo

I'm not sure how much there worth. and if i sold my hubs it would be order to tow my car off without the wheel but i might just have to do that. anyway i havent got my engine out yet. i'm working on unhooking everthing and lableling all the hoses and wiring incase whoever need to use the same wireing harness. i also need to barrow my friend's engine jack. it might be another week or two before i have it out i've been pretty bussiee with work and community sevice. i might give someone a discount if they'll hall off the car with the engine in it. i might be to there advantage because they'll have the chance to get every little peice of wireing and other parts they need.

  8. i'd like to appoligize on behalf of the z community for ruining such a good z car. i'm quite devastated myself. and for yalls info i wasn't drunk but i had a drink. the cops said they could smell it on me. but they couldn't really tell i was drunk thats way i only got a DUI "Minor". don't worry i already learned my lesson i almost killed myself and my friend, totaled my first car, and i'm already on probation so i'll get my punishment. anyways i sold the diff yesterday to shaggy z. i still got the engine and trans and i'd perfer to sell them as one but its whatever. i have tan/brown interior parts, sets are good. i've got the t-tops. left door and hatch are fine. nice taillights and stock spioler. left pop-up headlite and motor, brakes, a/c compressor. i even got a full tank of 93 octane if anyone wants some cheap gas the can come get it out somehow. ha. if there's anything else you might need just hit me up.
  9. yeah it was about for in the maorning i was on my way home arter party hopping ian i guess i didn't realize how fast i was going and i and i make a left had turn into my neiborhood but didn't make the turn and slide into a pole. i was fine but luckly there was no passenger or then probibly would of had some broken legs from the dash crunpleing in. i left to seen and when home the i came back and to cop smelled alchol and gave me a DUI Minor but lucky didn't take me to jail.

  11. thaks alot man:hs: my stock gauges are broken i put those gauges and cut that piece of alumanim out my self. and i don't have a bunch of fancy tools. i thought they looked all right whats wrong with them?
  12. i bought a Tokico HP series suspension kit from car-stuff.com http://www.car-stuff.com/store/?N=11374+4294966989+1684+11920+5889 i think they sent me the wrong one. first of all the diamitor of the front springs were about an inch smaller that the stock one so the would not have fit in the spring perch right because the front shock "inserts" so you slid them in the sheave and wheel bearing thing that you take off the control arms. and that back shock have a spring perch welded on them but the 300zx z31 has the back suspension set up to were the spring aren't around the shocks like the front. instead the are kind of parallel. did anyone else have this problem? back springs front ^^ ^^ front shock back shocks i already sent them back and i looking for a new kit or maybe i'll by the shocks and springs separate. dose anyone have any ideas? i have a budget of about $500. i was thinking maybe some Eibach springs. has anyone heard of Monroe? are they good? what about KYB http://www2.partstrain.com/store/?Ne=28&N=1684+11374+4294966989+5609

  14. i just got me some new mechanical gauges. boost and oil presure. when i hooked up my oil presure it was frighteningly low at idle. around 10 psi. when i'm on the gas it fluxuates from 20 to 60 psi. my owners manual says it should be between 30 and 60 psi during nomal driveing above 2000 rpm. the presure gose up to 30 at 2000 rpm but it can drop as low as 10 psi when idleing at 600 rpm. it might be because my oils a little too thin but i don't know. i checked for leaks in the presure line but i didn't find any. do yall think its ok? this is how i hooked it up

  16. i just got me an 88 z31 not that long ago and it seems that the jack asses that owned it before me dinted up the frame rails by jacking it up from the wrong spot. it really bugs me because oneday i might try to make my car showcar worth and i'm a perfectionest and i want my car clean as hell from the top to bottom. my friends 280zx is the some way. i don't know why the underside of Zs are made of such wack flimzy material. i was woundering if the dints sacrifice my chassis rigidity and if there is any way to fix this problem.
  17. you i've been messin with it for a while no luck yet. i also took of the cruse control actuator because it it was All messed up but i don't think that has any thing to do with it. anybody know how to test the air regulator or the FICD soliniod?
  18. i just go an 1988 300zx turbo. when i got it it wasnt running too well because it had be sitting for a while. it started up real easy but ran real rough an jerky under acceleration problely from old gas, fouled plug and a dirty fuel system. i drove it about 20 miles back home. i change the oil, spark plugs, wires, cap, rotor, coil, fuel filter, belts, air filter, and flished the radiator and changed the thermistat. after i had it all back it geather. it runs much smother but now is hard to get started when the engine is cold. when i try to start it in the morning it just cranks up then dies. after the 3rd or 4th try it will start but it won't idle good untill it gets up to operating tempiter. after i get it runing for the day it start up super easy for the rest of the day. i don't think its the fuel system because it gets plenty when i'm gunning it around the neiborhood. i had to unskrew F.I.C.D. soleniod valve to get to the 4th sperk plug. i skrewed it back up and pluged it in like it was but i don't know if i could have messed something up. the only other thing i could think of is the air regulator could be falty but i don't know how it could of broken because i didn't touch. ANYONE GOT ANY IDEAS?

  20. when i first got the car it ran somewhat. i drove it about 20 miles back to my house. the car start good but it ran real rough and jerky under light acceleration. and it lack alot of power. the car had been sitting about a year and it had bad gas in it. i change all the oils, put in new sparkplugs, wires, destributer cap and rotor, fuel filter, belts, flushed the radiator, and put some fuel system cleaner in the tank. after i did that the car ran much better but now it's real hard to get started and the motor wont idle when it's cold. but once it warms up it starts great for the rest of the day but it still dosen't idle perfectly. ANY ONE KNOW WHAT IT COULD BE. when i was putting the sparkplugs in i had to unscrew this part of my idle silinoid or whatever that thing's called that you adjust the idle on. i screwed it back up good and plugged it in. but i was wondering if that could have anything to do with the problem. any why after i get that taken care of i'm planing on moding it up all go no show style. first i need some new stiffer shocks and spring because mine are shot. then i was thinking a sweet custom exhast with a highflow cat and muffiler. i can't diside between 2.5 or 3 inch pipes. and i'm also trying to find the right muffler i should use. anyone have any suggestions? i don't know what i'd do after that. mabye a boost controler because my turbo only giving me a couple pounds of boost. but it suppose to have 4.5 pound from the factory.
  21. some thing was missing that was screwed onto the left strut tower i think it must have been plugged into this relay and there was also this little part hanging under where thing think is missing any of yall know what that could be????
