I've got a 73 that I am picking back up from a friend that I might part with but am not sure of the over all shape as of yet.
  2. I personally use a pretty similar list to rayaapp2 a couple custom parts I made in machine shop class and I make 410hp at the wheels on 110 leaded, and 350 oh pump gas at around 20-25 lbs, but I keep her under 16lbs 95% of the time to try and make it last longer. And I haven't even gotten a aftermarket ecu yet!
  3. Hey everyone, I have been looking for a intake gasket one in particular that worked great for me before but having a lot of trouble finding it now. The one I am looking for has metal fire rings around all the exhaust ports just like a head gasket. This is on a F54 N47 turbo engine and I find the all fiber ones just end up blowing out at cyclender 6 exhaust port. Thanks for the help and keep the sinky peddle down!
  4. So i've been reading for the last couple nights and searching around and can not find what would be involved in a carrier swap if it is possible, If it is this would be the route that I would like to go for my 75 280zt, because drifting is one of my favorite past times... well isn't it for everyone!
  5. So are you in nor Cal? I live in Paradise near chico, I'd love to get together if possible and see what you've done with your car. E mail me at LPLarcis@gmail.com
  6. I am working on swaps of a LD28T into a 61 falcon rancharo and a BMW 2.4 L6 turbo diesel into another 62 rancharo at the moment.
  7. So I have been looking around a bit for a lsd rear end for my 75z and know that the q45 has lsd and that the suspention under it is much higher tech to say the least so i was wondering if anyone has put a whole rear sub frame and diff in there car? does and is there any way to "shorten" it like a standard axle? The reason that I want this is because I am setting my car up for daily driving and all the play days i can get too. Thanks for the input guys
  8. With my trubo'd intercooled 75 coming back from a drift day i managed 43 mpg on the high way home with stock ecu, boost controler and fuel pressure regulator, oh the girl friend was in the car so less than moderate.... oh and it was 110 leaded fuel which i think was most of the key. other wise i get around 27-30 on a good day and around 8 on a very good day
