  1. Try here: http://www.mjpshop.co.uk/product_info.php?pid=363 Not sure if they could have it, but they list it.
  2. Nice to see that discussion back on track, even if it's only a "look what I found on the internet!" In addition, having information about them is useful. Given that the parts are old enough and the history goes back a few years in the past. But I keep the idea that the comments may be done courteously and without denigration. Anyway... that's internet... You can find good items at great prices over there. But the worst is the cost of sending. And most payment should be done by bank transfer. Have a friend over there is a good idea. And combine some items in the same shipment too. I've done this for few items and I will do it again for some other stuff that I have my target on. And for my contribution about "the internet found", an OS Giken Oil Pan for the L6 It's the first time I saw. Never hear or read about it. Look like Aluminum casting pan, and I think it will clear the steering rack for the s130(280zx) Notice - Didn't seam to have baffle in the pan http://page11.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/n97875221
  3. Sorry I keep it, I will gladly lend it if you would have been my neighbor, but you're really far from me. Here is some EFI analyser for the previuos Z version. So let me know
  4. Nice found! I never saw that one! Made by Kent-Moore Tool Division? Look like my ECCS Analyzer for the 280zx 81-83 turbo ECCS system. Made by Kent-Moore.
  5. Nice to know! I found those pics in a blog on http://www.ssfalcon.com/ What kind of bottom end goes with the head?
  6. Wow Ben, very interesting! I have 2 nissan big letter cover and I just realize I have one of each. I would also be interested in knowing where they came from. Tony D probably knows something about those. The nissan2000OHC is probalby from an L20 engine, the old six cylinder version. Here is my last find on the web about Rare/Interesting/cool Parts. The old school nissan ITB for the LY head with an strange manifold for install those itb on common head. An one of those special Kameari valve cover with the custom letter datsun3100
  7. Nice built 24OZ! How did you handle the double AFM? Have you made one AFM that be separates just before the turbo? What ITB do you have? The O.E.R?
  8. I built mine with 2 swivel head from engine stand and 120$ of steel square pipe. I made the plans and ask the supplier to cut steal pipes like asking in my plans. It only remained to be welded. Here is the result.
  9. Always by the thread size. When is see a both at 1/2-13 the thread is around .500" in DIA. I know those site. I started my search with those. Nice for reference, but I dig little more and found the the '87 Turbo has different spec seen the 3.7 CLSD diff. arrive on the 04/87 (in USA) All the '87 turbo model made before this date has the 3.545 open. Both site said '87T CLSD has 3.7 gear. And they said they are availble in the 04/87. But what was in the '87 before the 04/87? So I found the FSM and ask the dealer to confirm this. Me and the dealer guy have found that the numbers for the '86 Turbo setup was installed in the 1st version of the '87, before the CLSD arrive. BTW, here in Canada, the '87 Turbo with 3.7 CLSD arrive in the '88 Turbo version. So the '87 has the 3.545 open diff all the year. I just mesuring the 13 mm bolt I got. The head flat-to-flat is 16.89mm And like you said I highly sugess to install the Ring and pinion has a commun sets. So if you talking about the 14mm ring bolt on the Z32 or J30 differential, they are the short R200 diff. And the pinion from the short one with not fit for sure in the longnose R200.
  10. I think you should dig little more before starting the confusion! I get my info from Nissan dealer. About the 3.545 gear, my info came for FSM manual and confirmed my the Dealer. Same has Newzed listed above. The part number for the 3.545 ring and pinion set installed in the '87 Z31 Turbo is the :38100-13s01 From where did you found the info about the bolt? The 10mm bolt (named) may be smaller or larger than 10 mm exactly but they are listed and named has 10mm nissan dealer number is 38120-N3100 And for the 12mm, same thing (named 12 mm). Nissan number is 38120-12s00 Search and you will see. All the Z31 R200 before production date, 1985.09, used the 10 mm bolt (38120-N3100) And this date, is the moment that they stop the production of the '85 Z31 to start the '86 production. AND 14mm !?!?! The bigger R200 ring bolt I saw 13mm and they are installed on the short r200 in the s14, s15, r32, r33, ... cars. So the parts number for the 13 mm (named) ring bolt are : 38102-rs500 Also some of the nismo, cusco, tomei LSD use those 13 mm. Like my CUSCO RS one. And if you ask... the hole in the LSD is 13.26mm for an bolt at 12.67mm EXACTLY. Also, give the sources that we can verify and confirm what your say or to confirm my mistake. I may be wrong, but as far as I remember, all the parts that I found via this list was accurate. Cheer
  11. It was the second time I saw them. The first time was on a picture. Here's the turbo exhaust manifold with external wastegate. And the Kameari manifold. It was not a rare part as is still in production. But it's nice to see those brand new parts for 30-40 year's old car. Not realy, but since I bought those, I added several parts in the packages. I am always on the lookout for some opportunity. I have other pieces in my sight. About the Surge Tank, maybe the HKS one, to complete the setup. I need to dig more for one of those...
  12. It's been a pleasure! I had to get her information for my project and if this can help someone else, is even better. BTW, here's the complete list of the 84 to 89 spec. Z31/300ZX Z31 '84 NA 10mm 3.7 Open R200 Z31 '84 T 10mm 3.545 Open R200 Z31 '85 NA 10mm 3.7 Open (Before 09/85) R200 Z31 '85 T 10mm 3.545 Open (Before 09/85) R200 Z31 '85 NA 12mm 3.7 Open (After 09/85) R200 Z31 '85 T 12mm 3.545 Open (After 09/85) R200 Z31 '86 NA 12mm 3.7 Open R200 Z31 '86 T 12mm 3.545 Open R200 Z31 '87 NA 12mm 3.7 Open R200 Z31 '87 T 12mm 3.545 Open & 3.7 CLSD R200 Z31 '88 NA 12mm 3.9 Open R200 Z31 '88 T 12mm 3.7 CLSD R200 Z31 '88 SS 12mm 3.7 VLSD R200 Z31 '89 NA 12mm 3.9 Open R200 Z31 '89 T 12mm 3.7 CLSD R200
  13. I have them at great prices. Just as I suspected they were new, but they are. And with 10 injectors. 6 JECS and 4 DENSO I also received a Kameari Intake manifold and another custom turbo exhaust manifold with wastegate.
  14. I received my parts from Japan today! One of those is very interesting. Get ready! You will not see them frequently. Moreover, they are brand new!
  15. The r200 from the 280zx use the 10mm bolt to retain the gear ring. Same as the Z31 '84 - '85. The z31 '86 to '89 all use 12mm bolt for any ratio 3.545/3.7/3.9 They all use the same case. Like Mack said you will need sleeve If you took the pinion and gear from the 280zx and take the CLSD from the z31, Your bolt/ring will be 10mm thru 12mm CLSD hole. You will need sleeve the CLSD for 10mm bolt. About the R31 JDM 3.9 you may have better choice to be the same. Model Year's Bolt Ratio z31 86 NA 12mm 3.7 Open z31 86 T 12mm 3.545 Open z31 87 NA 12mm 3.7 Open z31 87 T 12mm 3.545 Open & 3.7 CLSD z31 88 NA 12mm 3.9 Open z31 88 T 12mm 3.7 CLSD z31 88 SS 12mm 3.7 VLSD z31 89 NA 12mm 3.9 Open z31 89 T 12mm 3.7 CLSD
  16. All the drilling, chanfer and taps on the rail has been done on an milling machine. So they are perfectly perpendicular to the base. I use a standard 90deg 3/4in Countersink for aluminum. This was mounted on 40 Shank/End Mill Adapter.
  17. Alright! I get the info from the onwer of this motor. Officially it use 2 intake. Tony! PM me. I got more info on availability of this intake.
  18. Thanks for the comment guys! I get those from the ebay seller; sweet_performance Or you can search for O ring Brab fitting Keep us informed of your project.
  19. I knew it would draw your attention Tony D. This is a picture I found on SAU.com. I was looking for info on ITB. I'm still looking on this forum to find more and where/who it came from. I think it could be the flange from an L28 EFI. It has the same shape without the extra metal between the runner. Even The Little top Hole is the cross bar between The 3 and 4. Same has the L28 Intake. Look at the 2 mark on the runner 2 and 3. It look like the runner has straight before that mark. It could be a weld that has been sanded... I'd take one too.
  20. I was wondering if anyone has more information on the intake manifold. Would it be a combination of two intake.? An cut EFI intake welded to a cut DCOE. Is this a custom casting? Or is it a company that produces it? If this is the case, what is it? Thanks for the help
  21. For more clarity. What I look for is the intake manifold sitting after the DCOE carburator. See as pic below. Those are the Small version of the Mikuni intake manifold
  22. Or an amazing Perp for an engine head, Did someone know if That cover has something special other then "bob sharp racing" on top? Reduces valvetrain noise? Why Bob redesign the valve cover. Just to add is name?
  23. lostfairlady, dude! how many HKS surge tank do you got. Is this tank is the black tank you're selling in the kit? The one I asking you last month. Nice found Sonethirty! A nice piece of history to get, but bid start at 750$ and BIN at 2200$ Wow... for a valve cover...
  24. No prob with paying the shipping. How much you ask for it. And I can't Pm you...
