    It's the same ....plastic piece unbolted and all my axles and flanges transferred over no problem

    Don't know ...based on research it appears to be out of a Infiniti m30 ...it has a 4 pinion carrier and a nice gear ratio ...if the axles are the same worst case scenario I can just have the input flange modified to accept my driveshaft

    I picked up a long nose r200 with 3.91 gears on eBay ...I want to swap it into my 280z , it has a plastic end with abs sensor added to the snout held on with 4 bolts , the input flanges look different so it doesn't appear my flange will swap ...it also doesn't have axles , will my fit ? Can I just unbolt the plastic piece and use my flange ?

    I was thinking about welding it but one of my 12-15 junkyard rear ends I've gone through over the years , I spent money on ..had it rebuilt , had the carrier welded ...it lasted 10 miles and broke a tooth off the pinion ...ever since then I have just been swapping in a junkyard unit every 2-3 months . It's mainly for track but I do cruise it around a decent amount

    Ok got it ...I was reading up and I saw the stub axle issues ...but I'll need to upgrade those as well to handle the power I will be making ...can I get custom stub axles ? I was also looking at the wolf creek CV axles ......what would be the best way to go about making my rear end stand up to a v8 with a trans brake on slicks

    I have a open r200 long nose with 3.91 gears and I have a r200 short nose with a VLSD ..I want to swap in the VLSD in to the long nose r200 ..will the swap work ? What power could it handle ? Would I be better off just getting a aftermarket LSD ? Sorry about all the questions

    I have a open 3.91 long nose r200 for my 280 z ...I also have a short nose r200 with the VLSD I would like to use the VLSD on my long nose 200 what axles would I need ? Would it be better to get a aftermarket LSD ? What power can a VLSD r200 hold ? Would a aftermarket LSD hold more power ?

    Doesn't techno toy tuning do everything for 480$? I saw on their site all you have to do is send them your cv's and they will put them on shorter axles ..I was thinking of calling them ..I need to convert my 280 to the r230 and I have the diff , mount and axles
