  1. Well the Z31 turbo crossmember is different due to clearance issues. Changing the N/A crossmember for accepting the RB motor is the way to go.
  2. Oh ok. I was thinking you guys were doing something along the lines of a tube-type crossmember. Modifying the N/A crossmember is a known method for RB mounting.
  3. Looking for a good usable turbo exhaust manifold for an L-Series. What do you have? Shoot me a PM with details and price. Thanks! Zack
  4. 14point7 widebands have also proven to be pretty durable for strip and street use. Just sayin'.
  5. Are you simply replicating the 200ZR setup?
  6. We trotted out our prototype unit to Branson Z Fest this year, but just released it for sale. We've taken the 3rd Gen Maxima intake manifold, performed the same gutting and port shaping process that we do for our Z31 gutted intakes, and then adapted it to clear the Z31 hood. Should make intercooler piping significantly easier, and offer a nice new look, with less clutter on the top side of the motor. Comments? Questions? Feel free to post them up here.
  7. Good to see other Louisiana folk in the bidness of Z Car performance! Your work has always seemed to be the standard for top-quality fuel rails for L-series motors. Glad to see you are getting back at it. -Zack
  8. Like mentioned above, we carry intake manifolds, intake manifold spacers, wideband controllers & Air/Fuel Computers from 14point7, adjustable camber plates, and even more products coming soon. Check us out at http://www.facebook.com/acadianasportscars
  9. My 86 Turbo will likely remain in pieces for a while. The money I would normally use for that, I am using as start-up capital trying to get my business off the ground. Maybe one day...
  10. When we sell gutted plenums to customers, we simply tap out the EGR port and put a pipe plug. For the other ports, we simply weld them up.
  11. You can either remove the EGR, and block off the mounting plate on the plenum. Just remember that you will need to likely cut the EGR tube going to the passenger side exhaust manifold, and remove the nut that holds the tube to the mani. You'll need to weld the top side of it shut so that you essentially have a plug for that exhaust manifold bung, and cap it off. There is also another plenum spacer kit out that offers hardware to retain the EGR, I think for roughly 65-70 bucks.
  12. Hey guys - I wanted to let everyone know that entries are currently being accepted for the 2011 Z31 Community Calendar. Entries have to be submitted by 10/24/2010, and more information can be found at: http://www.z31calendar.com/ As a bonus, the Acadiana Sports Car Orphanage is proudly sponsoring a 100USD cash prize to the winner of the competition. Jason with Z31Parts will also be offering 25.00USD gift certificates to Z31Parts.com for the top 3 entries as well. I hope that I get to see some of you guys' cars in the hunt for the cover photo! Thanks Zack
  13. He probably hit the traction control button one too many times
