As it stands I have been paid for 10 cylinder heads. The only ones that are actually running and drivable is SN001 which is mine and I have over 7K miles on it, SN005 has over 10 K I think and SN010 which is in a Zcar Garage/Rebello build. Probably not to many miles on it but the word I got on that one was the owner was very happy. That car is a 3.15L I think. They haven't released the Dyno numbers at this point for whatever reason but I was told it was very impressive. Here is a link to an instagram video they posted of it on the dyno and then a short blast on the street.

Rebello currently has 3 heads they are doing builds with. At the moment I'm in production on 5 more heads and three of those are spoken for. So that will put the sold units up to 13.  The lack of available HP data is troublesome but that isn't stopping sales. I think people who have the means to get one of these can see the potential based on published CFM numbers as well as the fact that it's Honda valve train.

The fact Zcar won't release data is so strange to me.  Why the hush hush?!

  2. Final touches on this new R35 coil bracket design. Next is laser cutting for final test fitment. Joseph Monti did a great job with this design, the boot angle was all his idea.  Previously the coil boots had a huge curve in them, which we both hated, this splits the difference (22.5 degrees).  I also disliked the coil head angle I had originally decided on.  This new coil head angle keeps the wiring nice and secured.

  3. Well the plan works and i finally found time this am to finish it. Balanced vac, pcv, hidden wires. All with vintage SK ITB. Why do I do this to myself!? Gosh I love to tinker.

Now to see if she will run again, which the neighbors love.

  4. Next hurdle is a hidden vacuum log for my ITB. My plans for a billet clamp won’t work with the stock hardware. But a simple cushion clamp should do the trick. Next is welding 3x 1/4 hose barbs onto my 5/8 OD aluminum pipe. It’s been threaded to -6 orb on each end. With the plan to use iac at some point.

  5. I love making/ designing parts! I think it’s my favorite part of this strange hobby.

This is a zero hole in my car EFI FPR mount. Next I will have it cnc cut. This is just 3D printed. Draw, design, test and make. So much fun.

I really like how simple this radium fuel pressure regulator is. Uses a Bosch top. Very well thought out.
