Almost complete. Still a few things to do. Had to modify a few things. It's going nicely though.

I'm about to start on my new project of putting Weber triples on my car. I wanted Mikuni's but I figured parts and sources would be easier with Weber's. And they are somewhat less expensive. This is actually something I wanted to add later on down the line. I decided to go ahead and do it now. I got them from Carbs Unlimited. I also got the Weber filters that you can run over the velocity stacks.

I got a set of OE headlight covers a few months ago. Lenses have some scratches and cracks.

My '73 Z. Stock L24 with roundtop carbs. Has Tokico springs and Illumina's. Shelby Diamondback wheels. I just got a set of OE headlight covers today. Future plans, more suspension, Watanabe wheels, repaint back to 113 Dark Green Metallic, drive it 'til I die.

Hi guys. In all these years of dragging old cars out of everywhere we usually clean the tanks with laquer thinner and a 2 ft or so piece of chain. Let it soak and slosh the chain around to loosen rust and varnish. I did this a few times on my '61 VW tank while building it. Then sealed it with Red Kote. Take your time and don't rush. This has always worked well. To clean the hard line I've used and old clutch cable, PB Blaster and laquer thinner. That was on the '61 VW. Not sure if you could do that part to a Z car. Good luck!

My wheels are Shelby Diamondbacks. They're 14x6 and 1/2 POS OS. My plans are to eventually change to 15x8 wheels when time and money allows.
