I got my Watanabe R's, lug nuts and valve stems. Also installed a new fuel pump. Lots of things planned and hopefully finished soon.

I got the cam cover finished. Got most of the sanding scratches out of the logo that it had when I got it. There are a few nicks that couldn't be removed. It still looks good and came out nice. It has some character.

I finally got a Japanese L6 cover. It'll be painted but I wanted to go ahead and post a photo. It's not a big deal but I really like these better than the version we get. I'm excited to have found it.

My T3 coil overs showed up today. Very nice. Got the MSA sway bar kit a few weeks ago. As soon as the humidity and heat eases up. My buddy and I are going to start the installation process. The wheels will take a couple more months before arriving.

Got my Fujitsubo stainless exhaust in yesterday. Still waiting on some other parts that will take several more weeks to arrive. The will get started on the installation.

I got my strut tower braces for Whitehead Performance yesterday. The exhaust system still hasn't arrived yet. It will all gradually get here a few pieces at a time.

That's a great car. It looks like it's in excellent condition. I'm looking forward to see more about it. As you said it's very unique.

He's right. FB is ok but the forum has so much searchable information it makes it superior. I check a lot of the forums for info, opinions. Can't really do that on the FB pages. It looks like a FD RX-7 R1 strut brace. It may be custom. But it looks similar.

This was helpful. I'm interested in the vintage rubber kit now. Quality weather seal lasts much longer and it's hard to find any decent anymore.

I ordered the Fujitsubo Legalis fom Whitehead Performance. I got the adaptor to connect to stock manifold all the way back to the dual tip muffler. I'm not sure which version because I didn't know there was a difference. It hasn't arrived yet. It's coming from Canada so I'm not sure when it will be here. I'll post photo's when it arrives and hopefully some install photo's. The wheels I ordered are 15X8 0 offset. They will take about 4 months to arrive.

Mine is bright green like the car. I'd rather it be original color. The gold sounds pretty cool. It would be a nice warm contrast against the cool silver color. Yes, metallic blue would look good too. Blues are one of my favorite colors for most cars and blocks. Yeah the black would be too dark. And white would look like hell after a while, lol. At least it seems it would.

Do you have a photo? How much are you asking? And any guess on how much shipping would be?

Here's my stock wheel which I'll be replacing soon with a Datsun competition repop that I purchased recently.

I really like the Datsun blue/turquoise color. I like everyone's idea of the gunmetal color too. I really like that color a lot. I also really like the way red looks with silver. look at some old Mopar photo's of silver cars with red block and red interior. It really looks sweet. And the contrast is nice. Just my idea. You're welcome. I love them all but I really like blue Z's. Yeah, I love the classic, slightly modified look. Nice lines of the body showing. To me all the S30's seem more individual than the newer cars being modded. They all seem the same. My car is pretty nice but I plan on it being sweet by the time I'm done. I've got a lot of goodies on the way for it and I'll be posting them on my thread for the car. Take care!

Very nice car. I saw the article some time ago. I also added a couple of the photos to my slideshow screen saver of S30's on my laptop. I, as you all have stated like flares but wouldn't cut up my car or a good 240 to add them. Maybe if the wheel wells were rotted I could do it. I'm still trying to make myself drill holes in my hatch for my spoiler. I like the flares and and wide wheels but I also like the clean lines of the Z in stock or slightly modified form. Congratulations on the article. Very cool.

Got repop competition steering wheel for my car. And a Japanese hood emblem. Also ordered my Watanabe R's, Techno Toy coilovers, Fujitsubo Legalis exhaust and Cusco strut tower braces. I'll post some photo's as I get the parts and get them installed.
