Renewed 83' S130 Turbo

Hi Stupid_Fast, I have an 83 S130 and I'm having problems with hesitation while driving. I think I have it narrowed down to the ECU. I changed from a CA ECU to a Fed ECU and it runs better. However, after time the hesitation is starting again. I'd like to get rid of the stock ECU setup all together. Do you know anyone in the SF Bay Area that can help me? I'm at my wits end with this. I'm looking for a S130 Mechanic is the San Francisco Bay Area. Someone who knows the intricacies of the 280zx turbo ignition/electronics. I'm having what seems to be a common problem with the performance of my 1983 280zx Turbo. I 'm having cold start issue, where the car needs to warm up for about five minutes before I can drive it without it hesitating and bucking. After warm up, I'm having power/performance issue near the 3000rpm mark. I can't seem to pin point the problem.

The new windshield molding trim clips are on a self adhesive back strip. The can be used on the upper and lower inset for the windshield. The clips are built onto the strip. The older white plastic y- looking clips that you have are no longer necessary.
