I have a 74260z that has rusted floor pans and a pushed in rear quarter panel. but this car has alot of mods done to it. all the suspension work is done. even has fully adjustable coilovers modified to work. they are apexi n1 coilovers from a mazda miata. Im in southern california. Im only asking 2250 OBO.

Hi I have a 1974 260z I can offer you. I am also located in SanDiego. This car has alot of mods done to it but doesnt have a perfect chasis. Has an l24 with what I have been told a small cam. has the 5 speed conversion. has a welded r180 to keep the power to the ground. it has techno toy tuning front traction rods and weld in camber plates. Has arizona z car quick steer knuckles. It has some sort of aftermarket front and rear sway bars. It has Apex'i N1 coilovers from a Miata retrofitted to work on the z. Has eagle rims sized 15x8 somewere around -30 offset. It has a full roll cage in it along with two sparco bucket seats and sparco harnesses. Battery located in hatch mounted in an Ammo container. Now the bad. the hood has some damage on the verry nose of it. It doesnot have the wiring to install the blinkers in the front. The right rear corner of the car is smashed in. The floor boards have rust. the passenger rear rocker panel has some rust. If interested let me know I can take some pictures or you can take a look at it when Im free. Im asking 4500 OBO

Ok people after looking at the cost of these items new im looking to see if anyone has one that they know works but wouldnt mind parting with. I just recently upgraded my brakes and about 6 months ago replaced my brake master for an oe one for my 74z. well im realizing I think I want more feel from my brakes. so I am now looking for the booster and master cylinder from an 1980-1983 280zx.

I was given some maxima flat brackets and then started to convert my car to disk and then it hit me oh ♥♥♥♥ I have the wrong brackets. So now my car sits with no brakes on te rears. So I am in desperate need of some modern motorsports rear disk brackets for using 240sx calipers. I am located in SanDiego. If someone has some on a track car if I could borrow them or buy them from you for the cost of buying new ones then you could go buy some new ones let me know I need these ASAP.

I have one sitting in my bag that i too did the same. I changed mine out for it thinking it would fix my wiper problem turned out to be my linkage was siezed so I swapped back my stock one. Ill let you have it for 50 shipped also.

Ok i am wondering if anyone makes and were i can get them the aftermarket tie rods with built in rack spacers for more turning radius and if anyone makes tie rod ends similar to the spl type for the 240sx that fix bump steer on lowered cars?

Ok well I just changed out my thermostat and coolant yesterday. The lower thermostat housing had a coolant leak. So I removed it and re-sealed it.I then reconnected everything. I ran all the air bubbles out but now my gauge is reading that my car is hitting 250. So i freaked out thinking the thermostat must not be opening. So i pulled it back out and boiled some water. I then tested the water temp with a cooking thermometer and the thermostat opened. So I then ran the car untill it started reading it was overheating. I stuck the cooking thermometer into the radiator and it only read about 140 but the gauge was reading 250. What kind of resistence should I be getting through the sensor when at operating temp?Also what kind of voltage should i be getting through the single wire?

Ok people I pulled my dif out and replaced it with an open r180 so I can find out more about what was in my car. So I opened the case to see this. Then I tore it apart and found a 2 pinion clutch type dif. So I am now selling it for 250 If anyone is interested. It had a 3.9 ring gear also if anyone wants that also. It was in a case verry similar to my r180.

PM me I just pulled the R180 out of my 74 z and it had an LSD installed.I am removing the guts from the carrier this afternoon and am probably asking one of the lowest prices for this unit you will find. ok the braces go in front of the uprights.

ok turned out my wiper motor wasnt moving because the pivots had siezed on the passenger side wiper arm. so now I bought another wiper motor so it is for sale.

Its in a 74 260z. so noone knows if the wires get power or are a ground?

ok i found that the blue/red is 12v constant and the black is ground. do the speed wires get a ground or power? I dont wanna frie it so ill wate for a response.The motor isnt getting any power with the car running so Im assuming its a wiring issue so I now need to test if I can wire it up to work with some switches.

Ok My wipers arent working. I have tried swapping switches and it made no change. How can I test my wiper motor to make sure it works? Does it require just hooking up a power and ground to certain wires? Basically I need to trace down if it is a wiring issue , the wiper motor, or the switch i just got. Please someone tell me how to test my wiper motor. I might just hook it up to some toggle switches to make it work for now. It has been raining and I now cant drive my z due to no working wipers. Any and all help appreciated.
