  2. You know, their support is probably in Iran. Saw an article last night where alot of companies are selling their tech support to places in Iran etc cause they're dirt cheap.
  3. haha yes, thats been around for quite awhile.
  4. Haha nah, I got some brandnew ones from Nissan. But the car would have been done last weekend if I knew the wrench was busted Awww well, I guess I learnt something, check my tension wrench before using it (e.g. get it tested)
  5. Heh, well here is the answer! My tension wrench when set to 78nm, was actually 105nm!!!!!! So no wonder why I've snapped 1 bolt, stretched 3 and stripped a hole in the block. Got a totally new set of bolts, Heli-coil set and the wrench fixed. Finally, be able to fix my car!
  6. http://ozdat.com/forum alot of people talkin about sr20's on there.
  7. The head doesn't look any different from a l24 head heh.
  8. Hahaha, my budget again and time became even longer, we got some bolts the same day we broke one, boltin the head on again. And SNAP, we thought another bolt went, but pulled the head off and now I have a stripped hole in the block what next!
  9. ha...hahah....HAHAHAHHAHAAHAH I now know what it feels like to have a car project's time and budget blow out on ya. Me and my dad were putting the head back on my car today, and next min, on the last tention setting, BANG! There goes a headbolt. We got it out, just. But now my car won't be going this weekend I hate my luck. Funny thing is, it was one of the good headbolts. There were some that were slightly orange and rough, but they held out better than the perfect one. I guess its not so perfect then.... Just had to vent a little.
  10. I have to agree aswell. And I also have learnt the hard way about spending more money than expected. EVEN on a basic engine upgrade on my L26. I bought a set of carbs that wouldnt work on my car (some fella ripped me off), and then I had to order all these other parts and finally order a brandnew set of HS6's. This was ment to cost me only $250AUD, now its over $1000AUD But hey, it fixes my problem with the car atm. And during this swap, I've also removed the head for the gasket and it was a good learning experence, but I guess I'm trying to say is even if its not an engine swap, just engine upgrades are expensive and time consuming.
  11. I think my 2+2 is seXeh http://members.optushome.com.au/akeizm/Zcar/New_Mags/ P.S. The head is being removed today, finally replacing the head gasket and putting on some Hs6's
  12. Really, a single can perform as well as a triple. It matters if you can get it tuned right.
  13. I'm fully of envy and jealously. Just the way I am.
  14. hahahahah! now that last one is classic.
  15. But they look at your financial situation don't they? Thats how they would know how much you make. And i'm sure if they have that information you would also have family info etc.
  16. Nope, I reckon thats a good law to be honost. Cause that means, any person who is really rich will still feel the pain if they speed. See if it was our laws, and we were rich, we'd give the cops the money so quick cause it doesn't mean anything to you.
  17. They're only a new model ford. Put out about the same power as its v8 counterpart. Pretty damn popular down here now. But I don't know much about them.
  18. hahaha, add another 20hp by tieing some cheese to a rod and hang it infront of the mouse.
  19. Thats heaps better than my max of 15k a sec But I should make myself a vid. Its only a N/A Z. This weekend i'll be doing a carby swarp and pullin the head of to replace some gaskets.
