it was shot in 2000, car hasnt ran since but it's pretty damn close, most likely by summer time. The motor is going back in right now.

I should have my own forum here, chevy z, ford Z and darius240z lol u could take all threads that say who's Z is this, supercharged z, black 240z etc and throw them all in there J/k

From when it ran last I've ditched the stock computer for a full sequential fast sytem, got rid of the opti spark and now have the 8 msd coils, twin disc clutch with new flywheel, bigger intercooler and F1-r procharger vs the d1 i was running. It should be close to 800rwhp. If I want to get nutty it's getting a hogans sheet metal intake and some afr's. But I just couldn't imagine driving it and thinking, it just needs more power as the tires are burning at 90mph

The exhaust exits in front of the rear tires. Hand made 1 7/8 stainless headers using burns stainless collector$$ dual mandrel 3' with z pipe and burns stainless very short straight thru mufflers. The car is going to be insanly loud!! I dont have any pics of the rear right now. The rear splitter isn't mounted, once I get that on, with the tail lights and the carbon fiber tail light surround, rear hatch n glass etc I'll get some pics. It's going to look sick!!

Ya the suspension is just slapped together right now. It's all coming out and getting re powdercoated. The tires were the cheapest I could find and are just there so the car rolls. They will be replaced with something sticky. I'm definitly taking the car to the strip when it's done, I'm thinking mid 9's on drag radials. Still need to get the motor&tranny back in along with the rear splitter and the carbon scoops that fit on the hood. I'm debating if I like the hood or not, might end up with a carbon fiber stock shape hood. The tail light panel is carbon too and I might be having a carbon wing made with a similar look to the wing on Ted Fishers car. The car looks so much better in person, I had only seen pics before I went to pick it up and I thought it looked pretty good but when I saw it I was amazed. The paint makes my 07 zo6 paint look like crap, it's that nice.

Can't wait to get the motor in and the front end lowered a bit it will look much better.

No it's the same size, I had a scoop built that rams all the air straight to the intercooler.The splitter was hand made and is mounted very securly.

Here's a few more pics. The paint is show quality and the glass looks like it's metal. The motor isnt in the car yet so it's sitting high in the front. It will probably be lowered a bit in the rear also. Picking it up tomorow and taking it back to the fab shop to get the motor back and the car running.

Here's some newer pics of the car. It's at the body shop and has been there for some time now, you know how that goes. So they called me and said they just started working on it and expect it to be done and painted by dec 1st so hopefully I'll have some nice pics for you guys. All the motor pics you see now are rough. Everthing was pulled out before it went to the body shop and was all sent to the powdercoater. The whole car is getting sprayed including the engine compartment even though I already had it done there was some more mods done which messed up the paint again. Once I get it back from the shop its going back to the fab shop and the engine n tranny will get put back in. Then all thats left will be the wiring which I'm kinda scared about. I purchased a fast system for the injection and also purchased the kit that converts the opti junk over to indiv coil packets. I'm curious as to how all that is gonna work together but I guess I'll find out sooner or later. This is definatly the last car I ever try and build from scratch like this as it's pretty much a never ending money pit. Enjoy the pics I'll be adding some here and there to the gallery. well it's at the body shop now, they're probably not gonna start working on it for a couple weeks but I'll post some updated pics when I get them.

ya so many color combos seem apealing, and btw I love 510's. Still got one sitting in my moms garage for like 10 years now.I have a fresh Rebello 2400 sitting collecting dust also. Blue sides silver top would be cool. But I dont want it to turn into a hotwheel car, it needs to stay mean looking, which would be all black with black wheels lowered as much I can go!
