  1. Ok guys what from experience is the stock limit on psi for an 83" turbo engine with intercooler and basically stock setup. that is with stock ecu and such.
  2. your roomate u say. well heres what you do while hes drunk asleep you give him a z tatoo and make him hear z engine noise via headphones every night. one day he will wake up and be obsesed with z's. problem solved. if that doesnt work u can kill him lol jk.
  3. alright guys im going turbo and i need a full exhaust mandrel bent hopefully. Anyone know of any good exhaust shops that will do full 3 in pipe from the down pipe back in the central florida area.

  11. well went to the spot at ucf and wow is all i can see all makes and models. lots of z guys and tons of 240sx many of them sr's. mostly S13 a few s14. Some z's. And OMG OMG OMG yes this deserves 3 . A one and only true Japanese spec Imported right hand drive Pulsar GtiR black and i have pics of it ill post later. All the z guys and some other folk loved my car ^^. Super fun if your in the orlando area. Carlos
  12. Ok road racing guys i got a quick question. Im about to buy some new shocks and springs for my 70 240zt. I will be doing some ocasional track days at like sebring and places like that but it will be mostly street driven and daily driven. Should i get the tokico Hp's or the Illuminas taht are a little adjustable. Also sprint traditional or progressive. if the new setup lowers my car will i have camber issues. if so what do i do next to fix that without breaking my wallet. Carlos

  14. well yes mine is a 70 240z and im not stock i have no a/c and havent really added much weight other than seats r200 and turbo stuff. but i think with all the a/c stuff out i should break about even or close to plus im jsut generally light lol i weight around 150lbs the most. only thing is my car is not lsd yet and that will hurt me. but once i get the turbo in ill get it weighed and dynoed and do some track time. ill keep yall posted as well as the 240sx competition.   16. im using a holley 600 with a bob sharp manifold over here in florida. If i had the money for it i could do a pull to get you some numbers but well i got no money lol. also it wouldnt be on the same car so yea. Carlos
  17. Ok guys im about to go turbo with my car and im in the process of cleaning up the stock injectors and fuel rail. Should i just upgrade to an aftermarket fuel rail or will this work fine also my injectors what does it cost to get them rebuild and what do new higher flow injectors cost. im trying to weigh my options here. I got an l28 out of an 83 turbo with p90a head. i want to do it right. Thx in advance for anything you can relate Carlos

  19. Thx Bastaad. ill keep crunching numbers and working the ole frankenstein lab because the sr240sx population in orlando is replicating like rabbits and i will have some serious competition soon. ill keep posted on it.
  20. omg Junkyard z's are only junk if you put junk in them. i have many parts that are from junkyards and they have never let me down. Some of us dont have the money to waste on just shiny parts versus same performance from a junkyard. Coming from a buisnessman i think that was a rash comment you better think about what you say this audience is your potential clients pal.
  21. Ok guys i need to know what im up against here. What do you think would win in all sorts of racing. Autox, roadracing, drag, etc. 1990 240sx with sr20 swap 1970 240z l28et Both running relatively same hp and equipment. stock turbos. Let your imagination run wild --Carlos
  22. well i have had both the SU's and am curently using a holley 600 four barrel in my 70 240z with an 83 l28. Both can be very nice if tuned properly. I didnt like my Su's because mine were in terrible shape and needed a rebuild badly but im positive when in good conditions and tuned preperly they functions perfect. But thing is i love when the last two barrels open up and give a huge boost feeling. Lol kinda sounds v8ish also. But either way ull end up with a good setup.
  23. lol scottie you got that right. ill post some pics of it later today. For some reason my spedo doesnt read the same speeds as scotties did hmm i wonder y. Ps on a side note i think the new dash is giving me 1% boost in hp thanks to it being from the gnz. lol Scottie use the divx player. if thats not working your probibly missing a codec. Some of the more recent codecs for media player should also work.
