  1. Since were on the subject of Rx's.. I was just wondering if anyone knew the measuremenst of the engine compartment to see what engines would fit in there..
  2. Sadly when I searched google... Thats all I got. Its sad to see how much ppl will pay to get their cat a massage. Man I hate cats.. Also he said that when he beat it up some of the honey comb came out of each end. Which isn't to suprising seeing as he beat it pretty good. I think he is going to try and reposition it. Although he probably should have done that before. The question still stands for anyone to answer. Would breaking up the insides of a cat a little bit / massaging the sides cause an exhaust leak?
  3. Hello, I just had a quick question for you guys. My friend just had to "massage" his cat-back to get it back into his car. He recently put a racing seat in so the floor was a little lower, so the cat didn't fit very well but has to be mounted in stock location for the regulations for his autocross division. He now has an exhaust leak. I was just wondering if that could be the culprit or if it is just the gaskets that are causing it. --Edit-- Forgot to tell you WHAT he did to it.. If your looking at the cat from the back of the car ( o ) where o = exhaust out.. he did something like this ( o ) <-- pushed this side in... thanks for the input.
  4. Now that couldn't be partial to the engine could it? very nice indeed!
  5. The motor sounds like it'll turn out well... GL with the build.. Quote: I saw that and laughed for a few mins... very funny..
  6. *embraces for flaming* I'm with heavy on this one.. I think that John Kerry won that one by a landslide. Also... Anyone who still uses the term "flip-flop" after watching the debate, shouldn't do much talking about how Kerry is "flip-floping". That term was deriberatly(sp?) addressed in the debate... So therefore people who still use that term are only using it because they are either completely republican with GWB's views... or just can't come up with anything else to get at Kerry about. Just my .02 (Not very known on this board....Hello guys )

  8. Are you giving out the specs on those? If so I'd be interested if not, I'd be interested in buying a pair as well! Very nice looking, good job.
  9. Sadly, I know a few people that actually sound like that. Should I be telling you this? Probably not.
  10. sry for the thread jack... while were on the subject.. what size / type of headers would you recommend for 400-500hp ?
  11. http://www.torquecentral.com .. they have an entire forum section on v8rx7 swaps.. They've answered a few days worth of reading of questions on all three gens.. especially the 2nd gen's.. I was thinking about doing a v8rx7 swap until I found the datsun Glad I did.
  12. The difference between the z and the sx is that the sx is pretty much for drifting... the s13 is one of the most dominant cars built when it comes to drifting.. Although I don't autox or road race, i would think that you drift? If so the sx would probably woop on the z. With that in mind the z would PROBABLY don't quote me on this, beat the sx in the straight line.. due to the fact that the sx wasn't built for dragging, it was built for going around corners sideways.. anyway... just offering my .02
  13. Keep up the good work, love those wheels.. what are they?
  14. I agree with MrTemp... what do you have it so they didn't roll off the blocks? it looks like the car is just sitting there.
  15. Very nice job, I'll be taking that exam at the end of next year.. hopefully pass it as you did .. -- off topic -- Poundz9oh9 I saw your avatar and laughed for about 2 mins... thats hilarious.
  16. Now does this mean no smoke at all.. or the smoke isn't colored? Cuz if the exhaust isnt coming out.. wheres it going?
  17. For all those ls1 guys out there... check out this months edition of Chevy High Performance magazine.. they have a special on all the intake manifolds... including dyno sheets, and everything else you need.. i was suprised to see some of the results myself.. also they are probably going to be doing something on the ls1 engine for a few months... at least thats what i got from the article.. kinda late tho since its almost time for them to be taken off the shelf.. but look into it..
