Thanks for the reply. That is the way I’m leaning. Wondering about spline count on those hubs. Any info on that?

Just ordered this from techno toy.
I would like to stay with 4 lug hubs. My 3 sets of wheels ready all 4 lug.
Does anyone have a part number for a rear hub that will work with this kit that is 4 lug?
I’m finally getting off my ass and doing something
thanksMark

Thanks for the input. John’s has a stellar reputation I would not hesitate to buy from him.

I'm looking at this kit.
I've never seen one in person, just lots of pics. I'm wondering does anyone have insight into the quality and fit of this kit. My assumption is the parts should be perfect for the price, however I have also dealt with showcars parts and pieces. Any feedback would be much appreciated.
Thanks

I was going to post a tutorial on my trans alignment procedure.

thanks for the link. Didn’t know about those discs. Looks cool. Maybe next time I change the oil I’ll look into using those.

jt1 as usual you bring a level of detail and expertise that I normally get to after I’ve broken things 3-4 times. The block is perfect. The bell housing was out of spec by a couple of thousands. I can only imagine the shifting issues this would have caused.
I was able to use a plumb bob, carpenters square and a finger nail file to bring it back into spec. Again appreciate your input on this project.

Do you have a link for that disc?
Thanks.

You are no help. It took great restraint not to take the sawzall to the rear fenders while I was cutting for the fuel cell.

The previous tank was a plastic jazz cell. Most of this cars time is spent on the track but it is tagged and insured. The plastic cell was always in the back of my mind. Between the cell and the cage for the cell, I’m sure this set up weighs more than the stock tank. If this car was primarily a street car I would have left the stock tank.

Agreed on that Heim joint. I maybe wrong but I can’t understand how that would not move. That said, there are many things I don’t understand.

Try switching side mine went on with out any problems.
If this does not work give wolf creek a call. They were always very helpful to me
Good luck.

Be sure you have ignition powered while cranking. I had mine wired where it had power in on position but no power while cranking.
Was vats removed from PCM?
As mentioned ignition modules will go out on these.

Does the fuel pump run when you turn on the key?

I think Arizona z sells them. I know I ran them using his control arms but not sure if that bushing would fit the stock rear arm.
-
Make the front stiffer and the rear softer. The rear bar as jt1 suggested is the first place to start. Also street tires need more air pressure than you are running. Try 40-42. More rear camber for sure.

Actually I have the c 8 track version. They are not dot certified. They are very light weight. I would imagine they would bend quite easily used on the street.

I'll take it if the first deal falls thru. Pm me if needed.
Thanks
