I have recently instaled the techno toy tunning rear conversion for my 71 240z with the r200 I went for a drive and when I hit 35mph the rear of the car starts to vibrate and gets worse as I speed up The wheels are balanced/aligned and well mounted all the bolts have been tightened well new axles from TTT new drive shaft that mates to the 240 tranny yolk and z32 diff yolk .... thank you all for your time, this is my first build, I have been in love with the S30 sine I was KID, but my car knolwedge is limited but growing, thank you again for your time any advice would be much appretiated

I have a 71 s30, I installed the whole technotoytunning rear suspension with the r200, I went for a drive and the rear of the car beggins to shake at 40mph and gets worse as I speed up, their is no noise just vibration, I contacted TTT and their advice did not help. wheels are balanced and aligned, everything is well tightened...Any advice would be much appretiated

Asking $9,000 for vehicle as is Car is in running condition, tags are current, body is straight, very little to minimal rust, original color was orange, was sprayed a white pearl (I purchased the car this color), not salvaged, everything is their including all moldings, knobs, accessories, interior (except carpet)…etc. Car needs a new home, ready for new owner to take to the next level. Pictures do not do car justice. email with any questions/concerns, serious buyers only, no joy riders…. will upload more pics soon contact info: dhurtado521@yahoo.com ... located in los angeles 90032 were the 10 and 710 fwy's meet Parts list -Stock engine, 4 speed transmission no modifications but a k and n filter -300zx 26mm front 4 piston aluminum calipers (rebuilt and powder coated black) I purchased special brackets from a Japanese manufacture, it is the same bracket used on the all carbon rocky auto japan 240z, it is used to mount the z32 calipers 26mm or 32mm. front rotor are 350z non brembo pkg cross drilled and slotted -Rear 300zx aluminum 2 piston calipers (rebuilt and powder coated black) rear rotors are 300zx non turbo slotted -Bigger 8.5in brake booster installed, with wilwood master cylinder -stainless steel braded brake lines on all 4 corners -differential is a 300zx r200 with lsd -Wheels are xxr531 16x8 chromium black on falken azenis tires -2 ¼ mandrel bent piping from the header to exhaust (pipes compact exahust) -Suspension is function form coilovers type 1 all around Techno toy tunning equipped suspension including Front Lower Control Arms $375 Tension Control Rods $220 Roll Center Adjusters $90 Rear Lower Control Arms $475 Backing Plates $550 Moustache bar $250 Lower control Drop mounts with dogbone $300 Front Diff Mount $150 Axles $480 (completely rebuild them with shorter axles, new boots, grease and metal clamps) Struts prepped for coilovers $240 Weld on rear camber plates $180 ………..misc parts including with car are original wheels and tires, and wide zg fender flares with mount kit from zforceproductions.com (never mounted)

  8. any one know wer to get drilled through or slotted replacement rotors for the s30?
  9. the guy at Arizona Z Car told me I could run 16's if I got the 12inch rotor but I need 17's for the 13inch and above rotor....
  10. what is the total length of those techno toy tuning rear coil overs?.... with the shock in place and evrything from top to bottom what's the length.... btw.... super nice build u got going on
  11. wo! that is dangerous, my buddy with an s2k rolls like that and he's always getting into trouble, I'm not looking to stretch the tire or even camber alot, I want some wide wheels with meat on the tire with little or no camber, the 260 in the pic doesn't seem to have the wide zg flares like I do, it looks like he has the regular zg flares, I'll take my measurements and try to figure it all out so I'm more functional than show but get the look I'm going for as well.... wish me luck lol...

  13. thank you for your advise, I wi be heading to my grandfathers house tomorrow to borrow a square, I've seen one hanging in his garage, lol.... and yess I'm planning on running the wide zg flares from zforce productions which are a lil wider than the regular zg flares
  14. hello evryone, I have a 71 s30, I have all adjustable suspension from technotoy tuning, and some misc. suspension parts, I cant seem to understand how to measure wheel offset and back spacing, I'm also running the wide zg flares, can I get some advice on how to measure for the max wheel diameter, hoping to run 16x10 all around I just can't figure out the max wheel offset I'll be able to run on those wheels..... any advise is much appretiated, thanx again guys.... ooo and I don't mind camber but not alot were its not functional on the streets, and not too much wheel stretch looking to run a 40-45 tire want some meat on it for the future HP I want to put down, thanx again fellas
