  1. http://www.utahcountyracing.com/forum/index.php?topic=536.0 I ditched the vortec's for some 76cc heads and went with a single TO4 turbo. I will post pictures of the new set up as soon as i am done with the cross over pipe.

  3. i have the 8 point jegs kit. worked great for me..especially for the price i paid.

  5. also, the trans am has a spoiler that comes off the hatch, ground effects, and different front and rear clips.
  6. i have a 355. pretty mild actually and 10.5:1. so i will use the boost conservatively.
  7. yeah i actually had a powershot kit from an old project i was going to use, but i thought it would be kinda fun to build a turbo system. i have never done it before and figured tryin it would be the best way to learn. i decided to go with twin T3 45 trims. Im going to start building the log headers this week. Because of my compression i am only going to run around 8 psi. The only thing i am not looking forward to is tuning the carb, but over all i think it will be fun.
  8. Im just looking for roughly 400hp. I havent flowed my heads but they are stock vortecs. My cam has 114 degree lobe seperation, and has 440" lift. I dont know the duration, I couldnt find out from the guy i got it from cause he didnt know. I have a lot of compression so was thinking of keeping it under 10 lbs. Im also at 4400 ft above sea level.
  9. i know this is a stupid question, but i am new to the world of forced induction. I was just wondering what kind of turbo i need for a v8. its just a single turbo set up and im not planning on running huge amounts of pressure. i just needed some help picking the turbo. oh and its a blow through set up to. thanks
  10. thats how mine is. the driver door closes easy but the passenger door i had to slam, and then my poppers didnt want to open it. i still havent squared it away.
  11. wow..no one listened to me. 24" wasnt the length of my driveshaft. it was the distance between my 700R4 and R200.
  12. were those your driveshaft lengths? because 24" was the distance between the trans and dif.
  13. i just went to a local driveline shop and told them 24" between my dif flange and trans and they had a driveshaft made for me about 4 hours later.
  14. APR bolts and billet caps will do the trick.
  15. damn i think i will end up flushing my turn signals. that looks good.
  16. i bought a 75 2+2 cause it had an R200. and it was an auto.
  17. I got a chrome 80 amp one wire alternator out of summit for like $90. I just connected the red and white wire to it. Doesnt get any easier.
  18. will a mechanical fuel pump fit in the ZX's? cause it wouldnt fit in my 260
