  7. Tony your more right than maybe you know buddy haha. they all smell of VERY bad gas, the one auto has been sitting for 5 years, the other 2 five speeds were in a field. I plan on probably parting them all out when I get time to start tearing them down. All my stuff should be done from the machine shop soon, then put mine together, then tear these down. Guys there most likly going on e-bay, with maybe a buy it now price here.......no auction per the forum rules, just a flat price for hybridZ(ers)
  8. I want to make love to the inventer of craigslist.com! I saw 2 5 speed turbos for $350 each, call and make the deal $550 for both he says come get them. As im driving with my U-haul car hauler back to get the 2nd one I get on my Iphone and browse craigslist some more (while driving) BOOM another 83 turbo auto for $500, I call say I've got a car hauler and will come get it TODAY for $250! She says $275, I say Yes!!!!! I now own 4 turbo cars all with clear titles hahahahahahahahahahhahahahahahahahaha It took me SOOOOO long to find one turbo motor for my car, And I get these in one day. (I'm laughing all the way to the bank) Nothing is for sale yet. I think I'm going to put my extra holset turbo on one, then use my twin turbo manifold on another one??? I really want to now find a couple pre 78's to put the drive trains in, then SELL SELL SELL.
  9. Yes I REALLY need to delete lots of those couplers. But after changing my plugs to iridium with a gap of .020 i thought of you Jeff after the first pull. You told me to make sure the ignition was not the problem. And it damn sure was!! I have my piping as close as possible on each coupler. Take a look at a my video of "before and after plugs" Jeff it pulled strong with out the flutter. I went to the .82 to also solve my boost creep. Now I understand that my waste gate is not in the pefect spot but with the 63 I had over 10 lbs of creep, it was uncontrollible. With the 82 its about 3 lbs.
  10. YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! someone got it!!!!!!!!
  11. HG looks fine, but there is oil in 6. I bet i hurt some ring lands? I have stock turbo dished pistons. Time to build the forged motor i guess?
  12. not the turbo thank you mommy. Its all coming from exhaust so maybe burnt the metal HG or warped heap???
  13. compression test 120 across the board, now pulling turbo off
  14. thats what I'm really starting to think. Its a metal HG but 25 lbs is allot of boost
