240zBoy
I was trying to drive my car over to get some tuning done and it started leaking fuel. Not out of the fuel line though. There is a copper tubing along transmission tunnel that is just hanging there open and not capped at all. What is this from. Is it that exhaust fume system or what. It just started leaking pretty bad out of that tubing and it hasnt before? Please help and let me know if I can just cap it or what. I did the v8 swap and dont know what this ever went to as I never touched that part before Edited July 27, 2011 by 240zBoy

JMortensen
Probably the return line or the vent line from the tank. http://www.classiczcars.com/forums/showthread.php?33873-Fuel-Tank-Vent&p=286839&viewfull=1#post286839
NewZed
There's not that much stuff in the transmission tunnel. You could follow it out and see where the other end is.
240zBoy
Yea I will take another look but it seems all ok without it. Hell I will be underneath there for a couple hours tommorow replacing my main and bearings in my chev 350 haha. Not even prob 15 miles on the swap and I get a knock Guess I should have left that rad rod I met up with alone haha Atleast one took a hit now through testing and not on a daily drive.
