boro92
Hi there, At the moment, my Z runs on 205/55r15 front and 225/50r15 rear. Unfortunately, they are all seasons (it's the way the car came).... The car does see a good amount of track time, and seeing that these super hard all seasons are barely wearing, I'm just going to give up and throw some new rubbers on there I believe the stock tire size for this car was 175/80r14 and if that's the case, it's super hard to find good tires in a 15 inch size for this car. My question is - what tire size is everyone running? Some decent tires come in 205/55r15 and some great tires come in 195/55r15. The 195/55r15s will definitely give a gearing advantage, but the shallow part in me is wondering how the car will look with the additional wheel gap. Any input/photos would be very appreciated. Drax240z
205/50R15 on my car. They are small diameter, but I've been reasonably happy with that size with DOT race rubber on them... Gap is deceiving in the photo as I'm braking and turning left.
ComicArtist
Right now I've got 195 50 15's on there. The tires are a little small for my liking, up front looks good but I'd prefer a 55 in the rear. They were perfect on my Miata, but I just swapped the wheels over to the Z. Back tire is flat too.
