Heroez
This is a friends car. Some of the original parts that came off of it was used to fix wreck damage on my 260z. Just its unused parts make my car look better. Stupid toyota drivers! Edited February 12, 2012 by Heroez
Heroez
So there is quite a gap between a bolt on, and full wide body when you look at materials and labor. The look is up to you. Look what can happen with zg flares and some different colored primer, and a style in mind.
texis30O
the imsa kit still falls short of the door/door sill area. I would extend it to look proportional. as all of the others are good.
MidnightRider
I might flip a coin on this one considering the amount of time required may not be practical, as it seems there is no easy alternative. I found Carbon Fiber Flares for a price that's hard to refuse though. As you can see the combination of CF flares, Coilovers, and the wheels I have would look good: Only gloss black, and without an RB26DETT as pictured. GOTHALOSISM
I was ended up flipping a coin between the IMSA kit and the YZ kit. The YZ kit won on it being cheaper, and I can pick it up saving $400 in shipping.

240Zed
Other threads in the past have mentioned the use of vw beetle/bug fenders cut down, and a mention of nissan frontier truck flares have come up. I have never seen either utilized and this could just have been pure conjecture. Coincidentally I found this Z with VW Beetle arches the other day, then found this thread. Have been looking at flared/widebody Z's recently. http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2939350/1973-datsun-240z
santanawhite
Ive also been thinking of a rocket buunny kit on an s30. anybody have some photoshop skills that can render one for us?
rooger82
I would definitely be interested in seeing the Rocket Bunny style adapted to the Z. The open wheel flares and rear body panel would look great.
R_3
Does anyone have photos of the non drill zg flares from msa? All I can find are the ones on their site. I'd like to see them on a dark car.
