Xnke Posted August 13, 2012 Share Posted August 13, 2012 I don't recall any C-shaped brackets; there is the bracket that mounts between the engine block and the top of the mount, the mount, and the mount post, which is welded to the crossmember... The bottom of the engine mounts is a C-chaped metal piece with the stud coming through it, these will pull off when the mount itself is failed and needs replacement.
