mditt8671
I've been stripping away the rustproofing in the engine bay and underneath it, only on the passenger side behind the strut tower, is some kind of hard, sticky white epoxy or something. It doesn't remove with a great gun and scraper like the rustproofing. Has anyone seen this before? Tips on how to remove it?
wfritts911
Before I even read the thread I was going to say rust was probably behind the rust proofing cause its a Datsun lol. But that looks like it could be body filler of some sort. A grinder or a wire wheel would probably remove it. -Will
BluDestiny
Those are adhesive pads, think 3m double sided tape.
Robftw
Use dry Ice, let it sit 20 mins and hammer away!
