The 4.11 R200 came in the S12 series 2 (84-88) with either the turbo CA18 or the VG30E, the 4.38 R200A came in 4WD Nissan D21 pickups and 720 pickups with the 4.38 C200 in the rear; and I have no clue where a USDM 4.64 ratio would be found.
