I think you mean a new rear strut insulator so you can get the strut back in the car, because the "shock tower cap" to most of us are likely picturing in our minds is just a piece of round plastic that covers the hole in the body where the rear shock insulator mounts. The plastic cap is not needed to get the car moving again. If I'm off track here, please post a picture of the piece you need and someone will help.
