Andreas
Hello I just found two 280zx in an old barn. What parts should i take from them to use in my 240z-73. I will take the engine, trans and diff but is there some more parts that could be used?
BluDestiny
The engine, tranny, and diff are really the only things that will work. Everything else is specific to the ZX. That being said, the front strut tubes and brake calipers are usually used by 510 guys doing coilover conversions if you know any in your area. Andreas
Ok, thanks. The cars are european modells so i guess people would be interested in the euro tail lights maybe.
seattlejester
Brake master cylinder would be pretty useful, wheels, drive shaft, axles would also be useful to have.
ilovemyzed
I had pretty good luck before scrapping a zx with tons of useful bolts of all shapes and sizes (which saved me a ton). Differential, axles, and hubs, fuel pump, and like blue destiny said the guys on ratsun.net would love the front spindles. Really it depends on how cheap the s130's are and how creative your willing to get.
Andreas
Good idea to get some bolts. I meeting the owner next week. I hope to get both cars real cheap. 1 trans and 1 engine are rebuilt like 8 years ago and never put back in the car.
