Lockjaw Posted May 20, 2002 Share Posted May 20, 2002 No they are 10 thousandths intake 12 thousandths exhaust on a hot engine. If you have an aftermarket cam, most of them are 8 and 10 thousandths intake and exhaust cold. You don't want them to tight. However, I don't like adjusting hot valves so I usually use the aftermarket cam adjustment specs. But the factory lash is as stated. Have fun and don't hold onto any hot parts to long.
