Xnke
The installed seal is backwards. Rule of thumb is to install the seal so that increasing the pressure on the seal will make it seal tighter...as you've got it installed, the seal will be pushed away from the shaft as the pressure against the seal increases. Flip the seal and it will be correct.
NewZed
I had one that leaked through the clutch fork pivot pin (with the ball on the end). The threads are through the front cover. If you took the pin out and didn't seal the threads when you re-installed that could be your source.

Chris Duncan
Another thing that happens when you install a seal backwards. If you look close at a factory seal there are very small angled wipers (raised ribs) where it rubs on the sealing surface. Angled sort of like the blades of a fan. Paying attention to the rotation direction these wipers should be wiping oil back into the trans. If the seal is backwards they will wipe oil towards the out direction. Not all seals have these wiper ribs, especially aftermarket. Also if you have the wrong seal for the application the seal may appear to fit but the wipers can be pointed in the wrong direction. On the clearance of the rear bushing. It might be tighter once it's installed. Edited September 26, 2014 by Chris Duncan
