elishallen
Head to your local hardware store with the original and new sensor. They should be able to give you a hand finding an adapter.

SleeperZ
Hello all, anybody knows is there an adpater to fit the GM coolant sensor to the 280z thermostat housing Highly doubt it. I re-tapped my thermostat housing to the GM thread, which is good old regular pipe threads unlike the strange factory tapered thread. SleeperZ
does the original temperature gauge works with the GM coolant sensor Keep the original temperature gauge sensor. It is separate from the CLT for the MS stuff.

SleeperZ
I think it was 3/8" NPT
chaos
The thermostat housing are bspt so it's off by one thread per inch, I just did a reap to a npt. Don't know how wel it's worked yet thanks to the motor on a stand but seems tight with no slop with a drop of silicone on the threads.
