dmoralesbello
I need to replace the OEM windshield on my 1978 280Z. I have found two sources for a replacement made by PGW Autoglass with a bluish tint and a darker band at the top. Has anyone used this brand replacement glass? Is there another maker that is preferable? Another source? Thanks to all.
infiltrate2000
PGW is on my daily driver . It was put on by the previous owner. Not sure of the exact age, but I had the car 3 years. No issues so far.
SRRTz
I've had one for five years now and haven't had any problems either
Phantom
I have one from Safelite in my '77 280Z. No issues. No bluish tint or obvious band at the top although it does get slightly darker toward the top. Safelite will generally try to use an OEM windshield first and then go to a "reproduction" after that. They recently replaced the windshield on my Audi A8L and they used an Audi OEM windshield.
