stravi757
I wanted to share my little project I just finished up. I bought this steering wheel in berkeley at their downtown flea market. It is made by momo, and was made for telsa's cars. The wheel is made so It can fit an airbag into it. When I saw it, I didn't really know what i was going to do with it since it has a huge gap where the air bag is supposed to go, but I bought it anyway. I really liked that it had the horn buttons underneath the leather at 3 and 9 o"clock where your thumbs sit. 85.jpg] Here is the wheel installed in a tesla: It sat in my closet forgotten about for over a year until recently. I remembered the horn pad on the 74-76 cars was huge and could fit the giant gap in the middle! It fit perfect I used a grant steering wheel adaptor to attach it to the steering shaft. And I made a metal plate to attach the steering wheel to the grant wheel adaptor. Very happy with it. Looking to get a cleaner horn pad to make it look nicer. But I am stoked on the horn buttons I have now. Edited February 25, 2016 by stravi757

Evlevo
I like it. Nice that the Datsun center piece fit too.
Arif
If someone told me they put a Tesla wheel in their Z I would have thought it would be too modern. However it looks good.

Thats what I thought as well. I decided to put the wheel into my 280zx instead of the 280z for that reason.
