nikoa808
I'm trying to order ARP bolts for it but I don't know where to measure my bolt. My L24 bolt measures 9mm at the rod end but tapers to 8.25mm at the cap end... so that means it's a 8mm bolt right? Tony D
I thought this was answered elsewhere.... Your rods are getting sized, buy 9's and have them reamed appropriately.
Xnke
If the shank of the bolt is 9mm, you have 9mm rods. Either way, you'll need to get the rods resized with the different rod bolts.
Tony D
^^^^Yep, it really doesn't matter what you start with, in the end they have to be reamed to size so go with the stronger alternative. No Datto concours I know of drops pans to check rod bolt size!
