crankman52
Sorry. Picture did not insert. I just purchased a TYC blower assembly to replace my original assembly. However when I compared it to the original the fan impeller blades are facing the wrong direction (see photo: original is on left and new on the right). Does anyone know if you can replace the fan impeller with the proper facing blades. If not, do you happen to know if TYC makes the same blower assembly with the correct impeller. HuD 91gt
Are you wanting this for originality? A simple fix could be to switch ground and power wires. Fan should turn the other way.
crankman52
The vanes are curved and will not provide maximum air flow if turning in the wrong direction.
lowrider
They make both forward and backward curved blades. It depends on the flow characteristics one wants out of the system. I would check to see that the motors rotate in the same direction and not worry about it. Edited May 17, 2017 by lowrider
