Guest Anonymous Posted July 31, 2002 Share Posted July 31, 2002 Hey guys. don't know much about turbos just that they make your car go zoom:) hehe nah i know alittle but i was woundering about a deal. well i made some friends at a college i am goin to for the summer. and one of them is selling a 8psi max turbo. it is really small but he says there are no problems. it used to be on a twin turbo 3000gt i think. but its not both turbos... any ways he is selling it for 100 bucks. and i thought it was to good to be ture. and i dont wanna run like 13psi or 15 just some extra get up and run. he is also selling a bigger turbo that has like 15psi max. but it needs a new bearing and i did not know how much it would cost to repair. if you guys do that would be great too. aiight well talk to you guys laters. peace outSIDE!! -Ark THX GUYS!! The price of the turbo will have a small impact on the total cost of installation (ex. manifold, fuel system, plumbing). And if you run 8 psi on that dinky turbo, you may need an intercooler. And believe me when I say 8 psi will not be enough, and you will have to redo everything to get a real turbo installed Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
