dat240zg
Anyone ever looked into using 2 smaller intercoolers (ex: 300TT, 2 DSM, etc) for a 240 turbo swap? I just saw a setup on ebay that included the 2 front TT intercoolers and all hoses, etc. and it got me thinking. Will the dual intercoolers still not flow/cool as efficiently as a large single? Just for conversations sake, pretend space isn't an issue.... Later! Bryan
Lockjaw
To much pressure drop, IMO.
SleeperZ
Plumb them in parallel, might work ok IF the intercoolers are identical. Dual tubes would be a PITA though.
Guest DATTO
i think if i can remember Donna aka D83ZXT ran two small audi intercoolers by stacking them, she got the intanks made by i think spearco...i forget how much cfm it produced but it was enough for her running a 3 bar map sensor. if i find the picture in my computer ill post it. i might do the same just to try it, but im going to make the endtanks myself.
