Guest Anonymous
Hello I am looking at some wheels and The bolt pattern is 4 x 4.25, and backspacing is 4.875 they are 15x7's well they fit my 280Z? Thanks guys
evildky
they will NOT fit, all 4 lug z-cars are 4 x 4.5 bolt circle, as for back spacing not sure what the limit is but a 7 inch wheel with zeor offset fits and thats 3.5" backspacing, I think someone said 4" was the most backspacing you could use
Guest greimann
If you want some modern aftermarket wheels that fit, you will need adapters. Here are some words and pictures: http://home.earthlink.net/~dvgreimann/wheels.html
Mike C
A 7 inch wheel with zero offset has FOUR inches of backspacing. Offset is measured from the center of the rim to the edge of the tire seating surface, while backspacing is measured from the outside of the rim ~ half inch difference. Zero offset means the wheel mount surface is in the true middle of the wheel, and in the case of the 7" rim, 4 from the inside edge. An 8" wheel with 4.5" bs is a zero offset, 5" for a 9" wheel. Guest Mr. Big Business
Here's the spacer by itself: And here it is with a wheel on it. I like them, and they work great. There are about a zillion aftermarket wheels made to fit hondas. Mine are 16x7, if you were wondering. Henry

Guest Your Car is Slow
Do they sell them in pairs of 2? I only need some for the backs. How much do they add outwise? 1 or 2"?
Mudge
I would assume you could find them, but your not going to find Honda wheels in greater than 8" wide that I've seen.

The Modern Motorsports adapters are 1.50" thick. You are going to have to talk to them if you only want two. Here is a diagram of how a stock ZX wheel and a +40mm wheel stack up. Guest Anonymous
Ok I got one more Question, what are Libra Wheels worth? they are pretty good shape, I was looking on Ebay and I found these http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=34209&item=2406673062&rd=1, I have the same wheels here is the pic of mine. http://www.classiczcars.com/photopost/showphoto.php?photo=2513&papass=&sort=1&thecat=998. I was just going to see if they were really rare like he said they were. Thanks Blacklabel
Guest das280zx
If you can find some dude that really wants those wheels, then they are worth alot, but of course I guess everything is like that. 510 dudes are usually into the smaller old-school wheels, so I would try selling them on a 510 site. Go to dimequartely.com or datsuns.com. You could also ask there how much they are worth first!
