84 PAGES?! wow...... I was interested and wanted to keep reading, but wow........that's too much for me. But from what I did read, thats so messed up. People think that they can get away with anything just because its over the internet. Has Hybridz been represented yet?

That's funny how the dealer said that the auction gave them the right to do that. If you read their own words in the auction it says that they reserve the right to cancel the auction. They didnt cancel it, they let it run it's course. I hope we all see this in the news for Mark's Mitsubishi having to pay out the nose! :-D

101 pages and still going strong.....the thread is over 500,000 views; simply astounding. If Mark Mitsubishi really thinks that they have a case here, they will be sorely disappointed. I am by no means a lawyer, but I see no legal support for what they have done. And I see millions of people worldwide reading about this "conflict", many of them sending letters or phone calls to the dealership. I hope this guy gets his car.

HE WON !!!!!

the dealership finally did the right thing and agreed to sell him the car at the auctions high bid price.. (which is what they should have done in the first place)

maybe they were tired of getting tens of thousands of phone calls a day complaining.. :)

at least they did the right thing, too bad it was a little too late to really save face in the situation  i hope the owners of this establishment enjoy their new careers.....

so what do you guys think? he put it on ebay thinking the bidding would go into orbit, and when it didn't he found the quickest way to bail?

Yeah, but what great marketing for them..You know what they say, any advertising is good advertising!!

I bet that dealership becomes a cult visiting place. I bet if I happened to be passing through the area, I would stop by....just to see the place. I bet this has almost zero negative effect on their business....likely the opposite. Glad the dude got his ride though.
