Z_Dust
The valves on my N47 are noisy to the point that people keep telling me, "Hey man you need to adjust your valves...". I'm kind of tired of listening to the tapping and the people over and over. Problem is I can't find the book (imagine that) with the valve specs. Can someone tell me what to adjust them to, cold & hot, I/E Thanks to all
Guest Nic-Rebel450CA
I dont know by the "N47" badge, but if you tell me the year and model I can look it up in my Chilton manual.

Guest shane280z
Kammy at Zcar.com has an excellent pictorial on how to adjust yor valves for newbies. Go to the 70-83 Tech Section. Go to Search. Type Kammy and click Author only and past 60 days.
Nismo280zEd
after you do your vavles, check compression. They sould be around 165 with a 280z. If it isn't that high, just make sure they are all within 5lbs of each other.
