johnc Posted July 26, 2004 Share Posted July 26, 2004 I'm trying to find out what to do with the exhaust system on a 72 240z cuz theres a leak! I wanna put a whole new system in w/o the cat. I assume that since your car is a 1972 that you wouldn't have a catalytic converter unless you swapped in a much later engine and had to comply with some smog regs. I run a Dynomax UltraFlow combined with a short dynomax race glaspack under the car. I love this set up.
