Drax240z
That's what they go for. The last time there was one in the computer in Canada it went for $500US... this was 3 years ago. It's impossible to find these up here. It doesn't surprise me that they sell for more now.

It is alot and I would go with a new clutch pack vs. it, but its not unrealistic.
Z-Gad
Yea man, put'em on Ebay and buy yourself a quaife for what you get for them
Guest ZmeFly
thats just F*CKING crazy I agree with the previous post, sell both of them for around 5-700 and then buy yourself a quaife and be very happy with what you did. That way as well you wont need a back up
Guest the_dj
My friend got his as part of a non-running car for $150 (whole car) from a drunk lady... I'm jealous...must try to find one that's not $670.
johnc
While $670 is a bit much, $500 is a reasonable price if the condition is as described. Most of these clutch pack LSDs need rebuilding at 50,000 miles. The clutches in the LSDs are a wear item and do not last for the life of the car. When I had a clutch pack LSD in my racing 240 I rebuilt it at least every 18 months. The degredation in performance was noticeable and required suspension adjustments to maintian handling. If you ahve someone rebuilt the LSD it will cost about $300 which puts those $150 diffs pretty close to that magical $500 mark...
preith
I agree, Quaife! Lifetime warranty, never have to open it up and replace clutches again, superior design, and your already over half way there at $700.
ZR8ED
I have paid as much as 1000.00 Cdn for a lsd R200. I have sold them for as much as 600.00 usd as well. They are pretty rare up here...Of course if you can find one in the J/Y.. you can probably scam it for under 200.00...IF you can find a z in the J/Y bwaahahahaha! I have access to another deal on one...when I pick it up...you guessed it...I'll start asking 500 usd.. I've sold every one I have ever got my hands on.. no probs... West coasters balk at that price.. east coasters will slit their best friends throat to beat him to the deal...
