fl327
rb never came to the us in a readily available passenger car format. sorry. you can only get the engines in jspec front clip form.

MrWOT
Just curious, but has anyone here tried to get a RB30E? They can be fitted with the RB25 head, just a suggestion.....
akeizm
The rb30, from my experiences isn't as good as the rb25. I've also read of alot of people who have swapped the rb30 for an rb25 or 26 in their vl commodores (aussie car)
Ben
The main reason that the Aussie R31/VL had an RB30E over an RB25DE is the low-down torque factor. The RB25DE needs about 2500rpm before it starts to much decent numbers, while the RB30E is doing well at less then 2000. The RB30DE combo is a winner, but is a little harder to do than fitting either of the donor engines in their original form.
