These engines were the same units used in the R30 skylines that were fitted with 3000cc for this market also. You might notice the talk about putting a RB25 head on these RB30. The reason is the RB30 is not a DOHC just a cross flow OHC. Forgot to say the Holden Commodore also had a turbo option = turbo 3000cc in-line 6. There is a number of these engines fitted to cars in OZ and NZ. And now NZ does not assemble cars any more (like 10 year now) we also get JDM imports with no duty = lots of options for hybridz.
