FEnatic
I tried a search on this, but what year did the 2400 OHC cover come on. Usally I see the ones that say Nissan OHC but not 2400. Are they far and few between? Thanks

Are they far and few between? Thanks The 2400ohc cover are rare beasts - as far as I know they were only on the series I 240z (ie HS30 and HLS30 00500 and below). This would put the manufacture year in the 69-70 time frame. Cheers Mike
zguitar71
My series II has one as well (very similar to the series I car). The series III cars from mid `71 on could be the cutoff date not sure though.
FEnatic
Thanks for the replies, so basically they are from the 70 models? I have one on my 75 and never saw one before.

Yes, they are from cars manufactured in 1969 and 1970 (there are very likely some that were made in 1971 that have these also until they ran out of them and made the change over). rc's240z
my 12/70 had one on it when I got it.
2126
My 3/70 has the 2400 OHC cam cover as well! It's definitely a good disguise for my L28. Are these cam covers becoming scarce as hen's teeth or what?
