I'm simply amazed...

...At the amount of support there is in the auto community for Mustang 5.0 and 4.6 parts. I thought the import scene was huge and cost effective to get into. I just priced a complete Cobra R brake package upgrade for the 95 GT we just bought and the whole Kit, Rotors, calipers, lines, pads, bolts, EVERYthing is $439 out the door for the front of the car...then I go over to Corral.net and they have Powerdyne Supercharger kits (9# boost) going used for $800-1200 for complete kits. I WISH we had the kind of market support for Zs that they have for Mustangs... It is a real shame... Yea, I know they are heavier, and on every corner, at every stop light, but they ARE quick, and have tons of tuning potential for CHEAP!

Guys, I think Mike is being lured to ways of the dark side.

"may the forze be with you young Jedi. The easy road leads to the hard life, the hard road leads to the easy life. The Hybrid Z car leads to the end of the 1/4 mile...ahead" :D

how did you like my Yoda impression?

I can't blame him. His wife's car is going to be faster and handle better than any minivan or SUV he could have bought for that money. I'm jealous!

Yeah, the Z market is depressed comparatively, but the price of exclusivity is always high!

Mike, get the hole saw out and start lightening that Stang! twak.gifbonk.gif

Don't touch that Powerdyne - trust me. Go ATI or Vortech maybe. Bearings should always be factory inspected if you buy used too. But yeah, a TON of support. I've got YEARS of Mustang mags here if you ever want to browse. Going back to about 1984 I think smile.gif
