turbo pathfinder pics

Ok, it's not finished yet, but the turbo exhaust manifold is finished enough to bolt the turbo on. So I thought I'd post a few pics for you guys to see the progress. The engine bay is pretty cluttered, I'll clean it up as much as I can but it is pretty "busy" in there. You can also see the pipes laid out suggesting where the DP will be.

Thanks Drax, when I talked about this swap before everyone was anxious to see pics.. Now that I finally posted some, I only get one reply? :(

Oh well.. I finished the downpipe, here are some more pics for those that are interested.

I still have to make it wrap underneath the steering shaft and a bit of the inner fenderwell will need to be trimmed. It'll be a tight couple of turns to get it around the frame but with my crossover pipe going under the tranny, there isn't anyplace else to put it.

Man, that is awesome! Looking good, cant wait to see it finished! I'm thinking about pulling a 'copy cat' (maybe) and doing something similar in my 93 king cab 4x4... 277 thou on her, and it's had a hard life (previous owner worked construction, I drive it pretty hard) but it's still a good truck. I figure for the $2000 I have into it, I'm doing ok. Consider the trany is getting worn, the u-joints need replacing and if the engine blows, (which may happen soon.. :( ) I'd be looking at at least $2000 anyway to 'fix her up'.. I know where there are a few 300zx turbos, rotten but running..
