Here are some (approximate)specs on the turbo: Intake Major: 108mm Intake Minor: 78.5mm Exhaust Major: 111mm Exhaust Minor: 97mm Intake Exducer: 2.75" ID, 3.5" OD, Hose style Intake Inducer: 4.5" ID, 5" OD, Hose style Exhaust inlet: 2 5/16" x 3 1/2" Exhaust outlet: 5" V-band theres a small chance i might buy it, i borrowed it from my buddy ben heh he got it for his mach 1 hehe one of us will end up using it. heheheh
hanomon
Dude, you own a Bridgeport vertical mill? That's my wife's favorite machine. She's a machinist, and she wants one real bad! Sometimes I kinda' wish she were a seamstress. A few hundred bucks for a Singer or a Viking is easier to cough-up than 4 or 5 grand.
lazycyril
Get out the hammer! make it fit! lean the radiator forward to buy you a few inches? mount it off to the side a bit? mine was not nearly as big so it got mounted top of the valvecover. still a hood vent was crafted in over it to get a little clearence. http://cyril.com/pics/Chevy350turbo.jpg thinking yours could be located where my ac pump is? dr_hunt
You lucky dog, wish I had a bridgeport. Now I'm jealous! As for the engine bay stretch the frame rails and weld in some fender spacers.
katman
Heck, I've owned a Bridgeport. I wish I had a wife that wanted one!
Owen
That thing is huge! Just pull out the passenger seat and mount it there:-) So I guess no intercooling huh?

titanium
how much did that thing cost?
peej410
i got the bridgeport, a lathe and a surface grinder, two table saws a belt grinder a router and hundreds of drill bits lathe bits and end mills for 1000 bucks and theywere only up the street. so i used my engine hoist and my truck and i didnt have to hire a rigger. look on ebay you can find used bridgeports for under 2 refurbished sometimes. i wish i could find a girl that was into what i do! your a lucky guy. i already layed the rad forward but i could go more i spose heh. where did you get that kit? ive never seen a turbo setup that plumbed into the manifold. it might fit over yonder but i think i might run something smaller if i decide to go turbo. this one i just borrowed from a friend heh. heh if i mounted it in the passenger seat who would be up for a turbo manifold mounted grill hahahah i could spool and grill food at the same time and i wouldnt need a heater core anymore, if i ran turbo id definitely find room for an intercooler. i believe it was only 175 on ebay shipping included

peej410
Jesus, wont that thing take forever to spool? Its ment for damned SEMIS! it would probably swap out the exhaust turbine with a 1.08 instead of the 1.23 to spool quicker but i think itll do about 1000 hp
